Applicant 10: Tim Horn
Tim Horn is a 25-year-old Communications Coordinator at Sunova Credit Union ($1B) in Selkirk, Manitoba.
Synopsis: The Sunova Twitter Team is a specially selected group of staff members from our branches in Manitoba, Canada who will contribute to the @SunovaCU Twitter account.
No one knows our members and communities better than our branch staff, and that is why we feel these key representatives of our organization will help grow our brand in a new and exciting way.
The team’s main goal will be to tweet out what’s happening in the organization (e.g. a branch is attending an event, a new campaign is starting, etc.), build followers by acquiring the Twitter handles of members/potential members and tweeting with them and most importantly creating a dialogue and positive resonance about our brand (all within 140 characters).
We want the Sunova Twitter Team to be an “always on” entity, because the social media world never turns off.
