In our continuing series with the CUES Next Top Credit Union Exec competition finalists, we feature Northwest Federal Credit Union Vice President of Finance Derek Fuzzell. Derek's platform/project is called "F.A.R.E. Framework: Financial Management for Credit Union Professionals." F.A.R.E. revolves around creating an education course to help credit union employees and boards better understand the intricate finances on how credit unions operate.
