Credit Union Journal Daily Briefing
MANALAPAN, Fla. – CU Executives Society on Wednesday said Ashley Kohlrus, chief experience officer for Allegacy FCU, won $20,000 when she was named the 2012 CUES Next Top Credit Union Exec.
Kohlrus won for her “Mapping the Member Experience,” which identifies impressions the credit union is creating and where those impressions can be enhanced.
Kohlrus is new to her role as chief experience officer and works to ensure the credit union experience for employees and members remains a top priority. After reviewing all of her organization’s delivery channels, Kohlrus provided suggestions for how credit unions of any size could implement similar programs of their own.
Kohlrus’ project was chosen from a group of five international applicants that had been selected as finalists by a team of judges in September. As one of five finalists, Kohlrus’ blog and video updates over the past few months provided the industry with an insight into the project’s progress, and culminated with a final presentation Monday at CUES’ CEO/Executive Team Network.
Kohlrus won a $20,000 educational prize package and will provide further project updates at www.NextTopCreditUnionExec.com.
