Angela Harden, Facilities Assistant Manager at Bay Federal Credit Union, Capitola, California, joined us on the show to share her experience being one of the five finalists in the 2022 CUES Emerge competition.
Angela talked about what she does for her credit union being the Facilities Assistant Manager there, why she entered the Emerge competition, and what she hopes to gain from it.
She then discussed her competition's business case entitled: "Cultivating a Stronger Culture Through Collaborative Workspaces" --and how she sees it positively affecting credit unions nationwide, as many of us are craving human connection.
