Randi Timonere, Risk and Compliance Manager at WeStreet Credit Union in Tulsa, Oklahoma, joined us on the show to share her experience being one of the five finalists in the 2022 CUES Emerge competition.
Randi talked about what she does for her credit union being the Risk and Compliance Manager there, why she entered the Emerge competition, and what she hopes to gain from it.
She then discussed her competition's business case entitled: "Career Pathing and Continuous Education Within the Organization" and what that means for credit unions -- as well as how she sees it positively affecting credit unions.
