Synopsis: The conversations we have with one another and our members are invaluable: through them, we can teach one another and share energy.
In cooperation with friends and colleagues across the Movement, I've developed courses, games, and other fun activities designed to increase staff knowledge and understanding of the credit union Movement that I believe will help them connect to the bigger picture and with our members. This will result in more engaged employees, and a deeper culture of impassioned cooperation.
