Applicant 15: Corrie Rozell

Corrie Rozell is a 30-year-old Teller Manager at Marshall Community Credit Union ($150M) in Marshall, Michigan.

Synopsis: I designed the Teller Tier Program to reward entry level employees for their hard work. This opportunity challenges engaged employees to achieve a higher status within their current department.

The Teller Tier program has increased morale, employee satisfaction, and healthy competitiveness. It has also decreased employee turnover, and bridged the gap between our Teller and Members First Departments at MCCU.

By instilling a strong foundation of trust and work ethic in entry level employees, I am contributing to the ongoing success of my credit union.
