Synopsis: The project that I am undertaking here at McKesson Employees’ FCU is creating the branch of the future. With this initiative, we are striving to better assist our members located throughout the country. We have large groups of member in Texas and Georgia that we feel can be better served through a virtual branch. We are exploring things like remote deposit capture, video chat with our member service reps and reduction in paper to facilitate a smoother, for streamlined approach to conducting business. With this goal in mind, we hope that we will be a stronger, more efficient competitor for our members.
