International Applicants?

This year, we've had a number of inquiries from young credit union executives outside of the United States and Canada wondering if they can enter the competition. As it stands the answer is no, however, we want your opinion. At this point, adding a seventh region isn't in the budget so the next logical choice is to combine Canada with the world and make the sixth region "International."

We don't want to turn away next gen leaders that are interested in participating, but would this be fair to our Canadian applicants? Is it too late in the game to modify the rules? In the spirit of being completely open, we want your opinion. Please weigh in below. To be fair, we've limited the poll to one vote per IP address.
