Midwest #3: Jeremiah DeGollon

Jeremiah DeGollon is a 32-year-old Business Development Manager with Summit Credit Union ($1.7 Billion) in Madison, Wisconsin.

Synopsis: Project: New Business Development program called CU@Work

Intent: Create employer, community, state agancy, and school/university partnerships where the credit union provides financial education, financial benefits, and creates fun & engaging activities to excite and inspire these groups to improve their financial lives and help them to reach their dreams. By creating these formal relationships, the credit union realizes benefits in new membership and increased assets.

Overview:CU@Work is a dynamic business development model molding SEG and community-based business development models with community outreach initiatives, education, new technologies,and marketing. The program is led by Jeremiah DeGollon, Business Development Manager, and 24 Branch Business Development Champions. Together, CU@Work has the ability to reach throughout Southern Wisconsin. Together, Jeremiah and these Champions create, develop, and manage CU@Work partnerships.
