You can't do better than "Disneyworld for learning"!

Wow, I cannot believe the day is finally here for me to attend my first CUES CEO Institute! I am writing this blog sitting in my hotel room preparing for tomorrow. When I checked in this evening, the front desk receptionist said, "You are going to love it here.  It is like Disneyworld...for learning." I couldn’t help but grin even bigger than when I walked into to the beautiful conference center.  I was already eager for what is in store but her passion and enthusiasm truly added to my excitement.   

Life-long learning is one of my core values and the opportunity to attend the CEO Institute is like a 'dream come true.' I am confident I'm in store for  an amazing week. I am eager and excited to meet fellow credit union colleagues and learn from some amazing leaders at the Wharton School of Business. This is truly an honor and privilege and I look forward to sharing and applying my learnings with others.
