You've been nominated, now what?
The nomination phase closed last Friday with over 100 fantastic nominees! Congratulations to everyone who is in the competition.
Now what?
The next step is to produce a one- to two-minute YouTube video. The video content should include information about your role at your credit union, any relevant professional accomplishments and a pitch about a current project or program that you are working on at your credit union. You can also pitch an idea to advance your credit union or the credit union industry.
Nervous? Unsure if you want to advance in the competition? Here's some advice from the five 2011 CUES Next Top Credit Union Exec finalists.
The deadline to submit your video application is July 15. If you are new to video, ask a friend or colleague for advice and don't worry too much about making a Hollywood epic – it's more about you and your ideas that count. Give yourself plenty of time to plan, film and edit your video, especially if this is the first time creating a video! Fill out the entry form and you are in it to win it!
Do it, you will not regret it!
